1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) is received.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, online transfer, or other accepted modes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within the specified timeline.

No-Show Policy: Failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be provided.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.

3. Use of Facilities

Resort facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property or facilities during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Pets are allowed only in designated areas or accommodations and may incur an additional fee.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas or rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

5. Liability and Safety

The resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or secure valuables.

Guests must take precautions to ensure their safety while participating in resort activities or using facilities.

The resort is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or misuse of facilities.

7. Modification and Cancellation by Resort
